If you want to take a break from the weather, visit one of our air-conditioned exhibits such as the Herpetarium or Australia Exhibit. We encourage you to utilize weather appropriate dress and wear comfortable shoes made for walking. In the Rio Grande Valley the summer months are very hot and humid.
